 Lancaster City Fire and Rescue stated that it began just before 10 a.m.

 “If it means rounding up those meals, then I’ll do it. If it’s helping the people with their donation and donating to them, then I will. If it means taking a trip out and buying those meals, I’ll do that,” said Fr. Sichko.
