Woman charged

 LANCASTER (Ky.) Lancaster (Ky.) Garrard County officials have confirmed that a woman was taken into custody following a fire at Garrard Country Food Pantry on Sunday.

 Garrard County Emergency Management says the building may be in need of repairs.

 Smalling is currently being held at the Jessamine County Detention Center.
